Whether you work in the public or private sector, are in management or operations, have an interest in all aspects of waste or just one, you’ll benefit in many ways by being a member of SWA-SL. SWA-SL has six membership types including; company, individual, affiliate, student, honorary, and lifetime membership. Student membership is free while honorary and lifetime membership are determined by the board of directors. Membership Types
Company/organization members – are public or private organizations of a company that are active in the field of, or affiliated with, sustainable waste management
Individual members – are individuals who are active or interested in the field of sustainable waste management.
Affiliate members – are cities interested in developing, promoting, and adopting sustainable waste management efforts in their cities.
Student Members – are individuals who are registered full-time at a university of applied sciences
Honorary members – are persons or organizations selected by the Board of Directors under terms and conditions determined by the Board.
Lifetime members – are selected by the Board of Directors under the terms and conditions determined by the Board
