Plastic FREE Symposium
Plastic pollution continues to pose a major threat to the environment, public health, and sustainable development. The Solid Waste Alliance Sierra Leone (SWA-SL) in partnership with Next Chance hosted policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs, youth leaders, students, and community advocates in a dialogue on advancing a plastic-free future. This interactive symposium will explored policy frameworks, innovative technologies, and sustainable alternatives driving the transition toward a circular and zero-waste economy.
